OBJECTIVES
OBJECTIVES
• Evaluation of the work methodology proposed for a teaching laboratory designed to reduce the risks associated with the work of students in the laboratory.
• Establish protocols for action with the help of mobile technology seek to enable students to incorporate preventive attitudes to their work routines in order to minimise the risks associated with their own work in the laboratory and to include safety regulations connected with the labels of the chemical reactants being handled.

INTRODUCTION
INTRODUCTIONWorking in a laboratory inevitably involves a series of risks of very varied origin
and consequences, which are related among other parameters to the chemical products being handled.
Technology gives us the opportunity of using technological resources during our daily tasks. With this proposal we aim to develop in students the skill of risk prevention in laboratories by using ICT (Information and Communications Technology).
We consider it necessary for students to learn the need for avoiding risks to contribute to their own safety, helping them to establish a work protocol of which the evaluation of risks and their prevention are an essential part.

1.- Have you previously taken part in laboratory practice sessions?
2.- Have you previously received information on safety rules?
3.- Have you been taught previous notions of first aid in the event of an accident in the laboratory?
4.- Have you received training on the indications on the labels of chemical reactants?
5.- Have the safety elements available in laboratories been explained to you?

CONCLUSIONSCONCLUSIONS
This experiment shows us Students do not perceive the need for extreme caution when working
with chemical reactants Students are absolutely dependent on the information supplied them
by their teacher in this regard.
The main result hoped for was that the students would be able to include in their work routines a preventive action protocol to minimise the risks associated with laboratory work. The experiment carried out has shown that the incorporation of these routines by the students will need time.
