Yard Sale season is right round the corner.

Redstone Communities wanted to remind you that as

you start your Spring cleaning remember the third Sat-

urday of every month is designated for yard sales.

Residents may have a yard sale at their home between

the ho u rs o f 7 a .m . and 1 p . m .

Please remember we ask that you do not put

up signs advertising the yard sale. It is also inappropri-

ate to have the yard sale at any other time during the

month. Feel free to contact our office if you have any

questions.

We Appreciate Your Patience!

Redstone Communities wants you to know

we appreciate your patience during this time of tran-

sition. We currently have two maintenance techni-

cians from Maxwell Air Force Base in Montgomery

that are here to help with work orders until our new

technicians are hired. We appreciate you holding off

on non-essential work orders during this time.

The Redstone Communities office

will be closed Thursday, July 4 for

the Fourth of July holiday.

We have a new website!

Check us out at:

www.RedstoneFamilyHousing.com

Redstone Communities is noticing that

some residents are housing aggressive

breed dogs (pit-bulls, Rottweilers...) Per

your lease agreement, NO aggressive

breed dogs full or mixed are allowed

here on Redstone Arsenal. This is a se-

rious issue and there is a zero tolerance

policy. Redstone Communities will be

doing checks at random and you will be

asked to remove the animal from the

property. If you would like a copy of our

pet policy you may pick it up from the

office at any time.

Summer has finally arrived and the best way to

cool off is to take a dip in the pool. We ask that

you remember to follow your resident handbook

when using a pool at your home.

“Personally owned pools are

limited to small wading pools, not

to exceed 18 inches in depth and

eight feet in diameter. Residents

will ensure that an adult closely

supervises children utilizing the

pools and pools are emptied

when not in use. For health and

safety reasons, it is recommend-

ed that chlorine tablets be added

to the water in pools. Any dam-

age to grass areas will be re-

paired at resident’s expense.

Pools must be emptied and

properly stored immediately after

use and may not remain filled

overnight.”
