Well done! and Cody for always trying really hard with your reading and blending at home. Keep up the hard work. Fantastic! Oak Class Freddie for your amazing skills in PE, you were showing us your catching , throwing and balancing skills! Well done you! and Diego for impressing us with your phonics, you are remembering our new sounds and using them when you are reading, Great job! Elm Class Vidhyuth for settling so well into Elm Class. What a superstar! and Isla for being a fantastic mathematician this week. She matched numbers to quantities and counted out from a larger group. Well done! Year One Palm Class—Arabella and Hattie for their super phonics this week. The girls have blown my socks off with their reading on sight and challenging themselves to listen for all the sounds in words. Well done and keep it up! Hazel Class–Both Elah and Imogen have been fantastic this week. They were able to look closely at a range of maps of our school and work out how they have changed over time. Well done. Willow ClassJacob for using fantastic sentence openers in his writing this week. You star! and Cody for making excellent progress in his writing and always trying his best! Keep it up. Year Two Chestnut Class– Amelie for working hard on her Jack and the Beanstalk story and including lots of Wow words and Charlie for working hard on his Jack and the Beanstalk story and for adding detail and re-reading his work to check it makes sense. Hawthorn Class– Jake for his excellent work and behaviour this week and Lilah-Rose for her fabulous work, everyday. She is an excellent role model for the other children. Sycamore Class—Jannat for super homework, finding out all about Edward Tingatinga for black history month and Martin for excellent effort in phonics and writing. Keep it up! Well done to you all!
