Security Template Rules:

• If access is set to NONE user will not see the link for Do Not Rent List

• If access is set to FULL ACCESS, the Do Not Rent List link will be visible and accessible.

• By default, the access will be set to NONE for all templates.

When the form opens with security type Setup Corp a combo box appears above the grid allowing for property

or corporate entries. If user does not have Setup Corp security rights, they can only manage property list.

When selecting corporate level in the combo box the user is displayed both corporate created records and all

property records with the Global flag set to true.

Required fields are first name, last name and reason. A message will appear stating these are the required

fields if one is blank.

Entering a RediCard number will cause that card number to be rejected when trying to create a reservation. If

Global is not checked, that number will be rejected only at this property. If Global is checked, that number will

be rejected at all properties. Entering the first name and last name without a RediCard number will cause a

warning to appear if a guest has the same name. This warning can be overridden and a reservation created.

RediStay 4.0 will only validate RediCard member on the Do Not Rent List. Name only will not be validated.

Group notification email added to the group confirmation print form. You now have the option to select this

and an e-mail will be sent to the property contact’s e-mail address. This report is modeled from the group

confirmation report with modifications defined in the Statement of Notification.

The on-demand feature can be accessed by retrieving a group and clicking the “save” button (with or without

changes) and the “print group confirmation” form is presenting allowing the group notification to be e-mailed.

The PM property information form now includes a dropdown that allows the user to pick the Last Date Visible.

The form saves the date value to a new column in the property info table in the database.

The Web Agent application continues to display the property to agents up to the set Last Date Visible but with

the Select button disabled. When searching for the target property or attractions in proximity for dates beyond

the Last Date Visible, the Agent application displays the message "No hotels found".

Tested in QA with the following steps and the checked out guest information is now appearing in the travel

agent commission processing file.

Viewed checked out guest 457-4733124 and added travel agent 12345678, ABC. In RediStay Voice Agent

4.0 went into Corporate>commission processing, selected property in drop down list and chose process. The

file below was created that includes the test reservation and then displayed a check out date of 7/25/2011.

The commission-processing page will run all sites if left blank. (Use the drop down to select a site as typing in

the site number is ignored and all sites are included). When selecting a past date guest only guests that did

not previously have a travel agent allow the field to be edited.

An issue causes the reservation to be omitted if the reservation accessed required further update (such as if it

originally was checked out with a balance and the application no longer allows that). To make testing easier

make sure that the address or folio information is saved prior to adding the IATA to the field.

Adding an IATA number as "Travel Agent 2" does not cause the guest to be added to the file; the IATA

number must be inserted as "Travel Agent 1". The application is tracking when a travel agent is added to a

reservation and to a subsequent file, once the departed guest has appeared in a file it is no longer added in

subsequent file creations.

Currently departed guests and expected departure guests appear in the file; these are not yet marked as

processed while we complete our testing.

Added a field on the edit landmark page that allows the user to specify the landmark should always be on top.

In addition to the flagged property, Landmark sort order for "Always on top" has been added.

In the example below, Columbus GA and Columbus OH are used. These two locations are "checked". The

user can then select to enter a priority order of the checked items. I.e.: choose that Columbus OH is #1 and

Columbus GA is #2. The display would then be:

1. Columbus, OH

2. Columbus, GA

3. Columbus, AL

4. Columbus, AZ

5. Columbus, CO

6. Columbus, MI

7. Columbus, TX

Then all results would be alphabetically sorted except for the ones "checked" which are put in the order as

designated by user.

Changing between companies will update the reservation's receivables account accordingly. Changing from a receivables company to a different receivables company will change the account assigned to receivables. Changing from a receivables company to a non-receivables company will remove the receivables company. For a franchise property, adding a receivables company or changing to a receivables company will set the account up to bill to the local copy of the company not the corporate AR company.

There was an issue with XML messages containing duplicate values. It was found that when a reservation did not have a primary address it would not build close the address element causing a mismatch from that point forward. Primary addresses are required in the app. Additional testing was conducted to recreate a reservation without a primary address. In any case, the message will no longer nest the “ResGlobalInfo” element inside the “ResGuests” element when there is no primary address.

I found that one of the unbilled charges imported from Core were given an “item” value that was the same as one of the transactions for this account. I updated the item imported from Core to a new item number and ensured all references to this column where synced.

This resolved the UE and the account is now retrieved properly. Also ensured all other instances of this same issue were addressed.

The API is used to emulate retrieving the rates the same way they are when quoted on the web site RedRoof.com

• To test this case in QA, a property with packages on a

specific rate was set up. Using the API at the addresses

provided (QA: http://qa.softhotel.net/test/shapi.aspx, UAT:

https://redistage.redroof.com/test/shapi.aspx), the user can

then pull that rate by adding the appropriate values to the API

page and the page will create two messages:

• The first is the sample message expected by iSites when a

user makes a similar request was ignored for this specific

test

• The second is the response our system provides to iSites.

This is in XML format and can be reviewed to validate the

rate amounts are appropriate.

This same test was performed with a rate that does not have packages and a combination of settings in the API around items such as the target property, rate plan and start/end dates, as each of these settings in the API change the results from the new stored procedure.

This was also tested on each tier level via manual closing and opening from the lowest tier in an ascending order until all tier levels were tested.

As the package also had specific start/end dates, the test included overlapping dates, dates within the range and dates outside the range both with and without the “Include Packages” check mark set in the API

This procedure is called during login and is used to cache the rates for the property. This was causing blocking and in some cases causing login to take in excess of 20 minutes. This has been resolved.

An issue was identified with the refactored GetCalculatedRates stored procedure. The change in how “GetLowestopenTeir” is handled was causing the issue. When all tiers are closed as the hotel is oversold. When this date is included in the date range all dates calculate at HOT tier. If a tier is open for every day in the range the proper tier is found. This has been resolved.
