PLATFORM NEWEST ITEMS

HTML report that shows the site’s most recent 20 users to signup / register on the site, the first 6 groups listed in alphabetical order on the site, and the latest 20 blogs that have been posted by a site Admin or by a user whose blog posting has been promoted to the primary or Admin blog, which is the blog module shown on the homepage of the site.

People –

At the top of this section is a server side generated message

Each “new user” listing in this section of the report contains:

The User’s profile picture if one has been uploaded

The first and last name of the user which is linked to their member profile page

The location of the user: City and State

The User’s online status

An notepad looking icon to the far right which allows Admins to send the user a direct message

Groups –

At the top of this section is a server side generated message along with two links available to site admins including one to create a group and a link to join all groups.

The “Join All” link is a new feature that has been incorporated per the feedback of the site’s users who wanted a way to be able to join everything if there were many groups within the site.

Each “group” listing in this section of the report contains:

The group profile icon if one has been uploaded by the group creator

The name of the group which is linked to the group’s page

The line of the group’s description which is created and edited through the group module in the site’s advocacy or internal social network.

Each listing also contains a “Read More” link to the group’s full description

The number of current users in the group

This section shows the latest 20 blog postings from a site Admin or by a registered User that has been promoted by a site Admin to the primary or master blog

At the top of this section is a server side generated message

To the right, there is also a link to “Write a Blog”

Each “Blog” listing in this section of the report contains:

The top portion of the blog posting with a “Read More” link to the page containing the full blog posting and all comments made about the posting

The title of the Blog posting which is linked to the blog’s full page on the site

Below the blog posting’s title is the following

The profile pic and name of who posted it, which is linked to that user’s profile page

The date the blog was posted

The number of comments received about the posting, which is linked to the comment section of the specific blog posting page

TOTAL ITEMS

This report is embedded into the existing webpage in the Admin Portal and contains a snapshot of certain site totals

PRODUCT NOTE: The “Total Items report was created prior to the completion of our API and before we had the capacity to integrate the platform into mobile technology, both of which are now complete. As a result, the totals for number of donations and contributions generated through personal fundraising pages consist of only those made online through the site itself.

TOTAL USER SIGNUPS

This is a report that may be HTML or CSV generated

Both formats of the report display the email; and first and last name of the user

The option to enter a time period from which the data will be pulled will only display the users who signed up during that specific time period

Configure the Report

Specify the time parameters of the report. The currently available options are to select all users from the site’s launch or to select a time period which includes a start and end date to the report. At the top of this section is a server side generated message

The second option is to specify the output format: HTML or CSV

This report is embedded into the webpage located and accessed through the Admin Portal by clicking on the “Current Active Users” link under the Reports Manager.

The report contains all active users on the site listed alphabetically by last name in groups of 25 users per page. If there are additional users on the site, there is a link at the bottom right to view the next 25

Each user listed in the report contains the user’s profile image if available, the user’s name, their online status, where the user is located, and their site status

It will even give a heat map overlay of the webpage to show the most active parts of the page.

BLOG VIEWS

The report is embedded into the webpage which list the 25 viewed blog postings created on the site. If there are additional active blog postings on the site, there is a link at the bottom right to view the next 25.

Blogs are one of the most utilized tools by both site admins and registered users. Blogs are posted so frequently, we extended the number displayed to 25 in order to reduce the number of pages admins would have to scroll through to locate a certain blog within this specific report.

Each blog posting listed shows the title, which is linked to the full blog post, the author of the blog, which is linked to the user’s profile page, and the number of views of the blog post.

REPORTED CONTENT

The report is embedded into the webpage which lists and links to any user-generated content which has been flagged (report content) by another site user. Static pages do not have this feature included as they are admin controlled and managed. Only users may report content in order to prevent spamming and manage site traffic more efficiently.

FUNDRAISING SUCCESSFUL DONATIONS The donations report shows information regarding each donation processed through the Authorize.net payment gateway.

This is an HTML or CSV generated report accessed through the Admin Portal under the Reports Manager in the Fundraising section

Each report includes the donation amount, indication if the donation is recurring, the date and time the donation was processed, the first and last name of the individual who made the donation, the address information and email address of the person making the donation, indication of whether the donor signed up to be a volunteer, indication of any error while processing the donation, and the URL and regerring page that the donation originated.

FAILED DONATION ATTEMPTS The failed donations attempt report shows any failed donation on a specific date with information regarding the failed attempt.

The report shows first and last name of the individual failed donation attempt, Address information, telephone number, last four digits of the credit card used to make the donation, the credit card’s expiration date, an error message involving the failed donation attempt, and the status of the donation.

TOP 20 FUNDRAISERS The Top 20 Fundraisers Report shows the top 20 individuals who have raised the most money for the organization through the personal

fundraising pages that are available to all site users. The report includes the name, username, and email address of each individual in the

top 20 fundraisers and the total number of donations, amount, and number of personal fundraising pages of each individual listed.

OFFLINE DONATIONS

The offline donations report shows any donations manually entered by site Admins.

These donations are not processed through the site’s payment gateway but may be added to the system manually

All offline donations will be added to the global fundraising thermometer

Each offline donation contains the full name, amount, date, and a link to delete the donation from the system.

Site Admins can add an offline donation by clicking on the “Add Offline Donation” link at the top of the webpage

Steps to add an Offline Donation

Input the name of the individual making the donation

Input the amount of the specified donation and click “Add Offline Donation”
