The accused Dilip Raj keshari

assaulted Bindabasini Kansakar

inhabitants of district Makawanpur,

Heatauta, Nepal by throwing acid on

her face and body on 22nd April

2013. A case of attempt to murder

has been filed against the accoused in

District Police Office Makawanpur.

In course of investigation, it is

observed that the accoused threw acid

on the face of victim while she

staying in her shop.

Police investigation ascertained that the

subject (YASMALI Sanjay) fired gunshot

to the respected Judge of Supreme

Court Rana Bahadur BAM on 31st May

2012 at Lalitpur Sub-Metropolitian

City,Ward No.22, Lalitpur Nepal. The

fatal injury of gunshot caused the spot

death of victim (Mr.BAM). A case of

murder has been filed against the

subject in accordance with the General

Code (MULUKI AIN) 1963 in Central

Investigation Bureau, Nepal Police, since

then the subject is at large.

- 7,Sunsari, Nepal where the accused

subject was found involved in

mudering/strangulated three Nepalese

nationals:IDRIS KHALIPHA,aged

58years, r/o Bakdhuwa- 3, Saptari,

JAITUN KHATUN, aged 55 years,

r/o Paterwa, Tikuliya, Saptari and

SAIRUN KHATUN, aged

approx.17/18 years. The subject is at

large since the incident.
