7) Once completed, please click Next
If the system cannot locate your address when you type in your Post Code, please [email protected] with your full address and contact details and we will look into the mater and respond.

8) Please read the instructions.Once you have read the instructions, please click “Select”
Page 5 9) Once you have clicked select this window will come up. Your address should come up automatically. If it doesn’t, please type in your post code as previously mentioned and wait for your address to appear in the drop down list. Please choose your address.
10) Please click on “date” and you will then be able to choose the next day. You can also choose your time slot. Once you have clicked the date, please click “Confirm”
11) All available slots will appear once you have clicked “Confirm”. If there are none available the please choose another half hour time slot or try again another day.

14) Once you have tickedthe box, this window willcome up. Please tick the box and select “RCBC (Recycling Centre Booking) under the “Group” and “Item” andclick “Proceed”
