POLICY

1. Workers will be at the company

DESCRIPTION

This is wonderful project that people can use in different places. It is useful and also it can help teachers who don’t have a lot of resources. Sometimes teacher are unable to get some materials, so it can help them to have a special board and work better with the students.

This product is made by some students of teaching program who use recycles material to build it. The structure of this wonderful board is made with recycle paper and then it has a piece of plastic where teacher can write with a market and then erase it.

It is not heavy so teachers can use it

in different places or move it easy. It

is cheaper so teacher can get it. The

Recycling boards are going to be a useful tool for all teachers because

they always use a board. The recycling boards are made from recycling paper and glue. They help to the environment to be

cleaner and to use again the paper that is not useful any more. It is a

great idea to star using the recycling boards to teach to the students that they have to take

care about the environment and the nature to have a better quality of

life in the future.

This company was created 20 years ago with the

aim of helping poor communities to undertake

new projects that they can get ahead, to make

these projects we look up for the most affected

communities in the department of Guatemala, to

provide this service the affected community must

have limited resources in order to help it, this

company has the aim to help at least the 75 % of

Guatemala's population specifically in the

education area. In 2005 there were over 8,000

boards that were distributed in the various

schools in the department of Quiche. The

contribution of each school to which was given

the board was just to bring all paper that can be

recycled and the desire of students of each

school to get as much paper as possible.

This company is not just helping to

the community in the education

area, it's also helping the population

of the country, the company staff is

composed of blind people, for the

purpose of providing a job to people

who can not get employment

because of their disability

It is planned that by

the end of 2012

conferees trained in

the issue of recycling

can help us to attend

to all the places to

which we have not

been reached, to urge

and to inform the

population of these

communities to apply

for our services, in

order to continue

helping our country to

succeed.

Making old and used paper

into new paper products is a

great way to help the world

because you can make that

waste become something

useful.

In the paper recycling

process there are three

different classes of

paper that can be used

as raw material to

make recycled paper

and those ones are:

First there is a mill broke that

refers to waste paper

produced by mills which is

reused in manufacturing

paper.

Second of all there is the pre

consumer that is material discarded

before it was ready to be consumed,

this material was felt by the paper

mill but as it was mentioned was

discarded.

The last one is

the post

consumer

which has been

discarded after

being

consumed; this

includes old

corrugated

containers, old

news papers

and magazines,

office paper etc.

How is it done?

The process involves mixing

water with the paper

and chemicals to decompose

it.

Then it is chopped

up and heated in

order to break it

down to form

fiber of cellulose

which is a type of

organic plant

material.

The mixture is called

pulp

Then in screens is

strained because

this way the glue or

plastic can be

removed to clean it

up

Then is deinked

with bleacher

water and other

chemicals
