1. Introduction

In this document you can find the step-by-step guide for the required payments for your registration. This guideline can be used for the Rectors’ Conference participation fee. 2. Step-by-Step

a) Access UC Online Store The first step is to access the UC Online Store. This should be your screen:

b) Select the products

Once you are at UC Store you need to choose the products you want. Click on the product you want and add to cart by pressing the button Buy now.

You can add different products to the cart, for this you must to return back and select the product.

Once you have selected Buy now you should be redirected to the page What’s In My Cart?. At this point you need to insert the quantity of products that you want (1). Once you have inserted the quantities press Checkout (2). This should be your screen:

c) Login / Register

At this moment you should be at Login menu. This should be your screen:

If you are a new customer you have to create an account (1), if you are already a customer you just need to sign in with your credentials (2). The panel for new customers should be as the image bellow, please insert your informations to procceed.

Note: The VAT Number (value added tax identification number) also known as VIES or SIRET is for tax purpose. We need this information to be able to send you the invoice or receipt. If you don’t need it you can put Non Applicable or 000000000.

Once you have created your account you can change your information whenever you want at My Account Information at your personal page.

d) Billing Adress & Payment Method

The billing adress is where we will send the invoice after payment, so please make sure that you fill with the correct adress. If necessary, in this page you can change it (1). The next step is to choose the payment method (2). This should be your screen:

Click Continue (3) and confirm your order in your e-mail (e-mail of your registration). You should receive by e-mail all the information and proccedures needed to make the payment including the account number and International Bank Code.

e) Payment confirmation

Once you have made the payment, please send us the transfer confirmation with the number of order that you received by e-mail to [email protected] and in copy to [email protected]
