Administration Department Our administration department plays a key role in the day to day operation operations at the Gustafson Brothers Family of Shops. Reception Team • Provide World Class First Impressions • Schedule/manage appointments • Cashier and deliver vehicles • Manage car rentals Accounting & Administration • Provide World Class Support to our family of shops • Maintain accurate and up to date books • Accounts payable/receivable • Payroll processing Human Resources • Recruit the best talent • Train Team Members in World Class • Keep up to date employee files Marketing • Manage website content & effectiveness • Manage social media and print advertising • Promote the Gustafson Brothers brand Collision Claims Specialist • Serve as the link between the guest, insurance company and body shop team • Maintain strong relationships between guests, insurance company and shop team • Create a world class experience for our guests, on time • Document visible damage, map, photo vehicle, and blueprint Facility A World Class Facility is consistently cleaner, brighter; add more “user friendly” than the competition. – John Gustafson
