This is the car sound effect which we recorded outside whilst we heard a car driving out of college, I then put that sound effect into reaper changing the pitch and adding sound effects, I changed the pitch to -10 giving it a low sound. I added two sound effects to the edited version of the car sound, 1 of the sound effects which I added was an ambience effect which added an atmosphere to the recording it added echo and altered some of the sounds. The other effect which I added into the recording was ReaVerbate this affect allowed me to change the wet and dry setting which create some quite atmospheric and harsh sounds.

This is the chair sound which we recorded whilst we were inside, to create this sound we got a chair and dragged it on the floor which created a loud song. I then put the sound into Reaper and edited it; I added two sound effects and changed the pitch of the sound, I changed the pitch of the sound to -10 to give it a low pitched sound, it almost sounds like an animals roaring. To bring out the sound of the animal even more I use the ambience effect which created an atmosphere, the other effect I use was ReaVerb which added echo to the sound and I altered the Dry and Wet settings which created a really harsh and aggressive sound.

This sound effect was created when someone coughed, we recorded this outside, I then put the sound into reaper where I changed the pitch and added a sound effect, I changed the pitch to -15 which made the sound really deep and made it sound like someone one shouting. I wanted to add an atmosphere to the sound so I use the ambience setting which made the sound more immersive giving it reverb and echo.

This is another cough sound but it isn’t as loud or as violent as the other cough it is softer. I changed the pitch of the sound and I also used 1 sound effect, I used volume pan which allowed me to change the sound of the recording at certain bits, for example towards the end of the clip I could make it so that the volume is quite loud where as I could make the beginning of the clip quite quiet. The effect I used was ReaVerb, this allowed me to change the echo, Dryness and the wetness of the sound. This sound effect sounds like an animal or some kind of creature groaning.

The sound that was recorded was a door opening; I changed the pitch to -10 giving the sound a really low sound and tone. I also used the ambience effect which added an atmosphere to the sound by adding echo and reverb. Because of the pitch change and the ambience sound effect I think that it sounds very different to the original, to me the edited sound sounds like a factory and gears moving and creaking.

This sound was created in the Cafeteria in college, it is inside ambience, the type of atmosphere that you would hear inside college, and in the recording you can hear different voices and sounds. The edited version sounds different to the original as I have changed the pitch so that what you hear in the clip has a lower sound and tone to it. I also used an effect when editing the sound, the effect I

used was ambience this added echo which gave the edited sound a sinister and evil atmosphere in my opinion.

This sound that was recorded is the sound of the ambience outside, in this clip you can hear two voices and people talking, you can also hear the wind outside, this clip like the others I have changed the pitch to give it a lower sound I have tried to create almost earie sounds and horror sounds which will be implemented into my game. I used the ambience effect as we recorded outside I wanted to have echo and reverb on the recording to add to the atmosphere.

This sound was created by me by scraping my foot on concrete outside with my shoe; I then edited it with reaper changing the pitch of it making the sound lower. As I have changed the pitch of the recording it sounds as if someone is walking on a hard surface, this could be implemented into my game. I also used an effect when making this sound I used ambience as I always think that this effect adds to the atmosphere.
