III. TH True Milk sales staff satisfaction surveyIV. Conclusion and our messagesIV.1 Conclusion Relation between management and workers is good. Mentality behavior of staff about the company is depends on the working

condition and senior behavior. Working condition of the company is satisfactory for sales staff. Many sales staffs have good thinking about his supervisors. Many sales staffs are happily with tools and equipment provided by the

company. Sales staff are not completely satisfied with their salaries. They often feel that overwork load.

IV.2 Our messages To increase the job satisfaction level of the sale staffs, the company should

concentrate mainly on the incentive and reward. Ideal staffs should concentrate on their job. Company should give promotional to these sales staffs who deserve it. Successful staffs should be motivated according to the time and situation. Open communication with Top management should be there so that if sales

staffs are having any grievances so those could.
