5. ALL COMPONENTS, MATERIALS, ASSEMBLIES ANDFINISHES TO BE CONSTRUCTED AND INSTALLEDACCORDING TO MANUFACTURER'S REQUIREMENTS,CODE COMPLIANCE AND BUILDING SCIENCE BESTPRACTICES.
6. THESE DOCUMENTS ARE NOT INTENDED TO SUGGESTMEANS AND METHODS OF CONSTRUCTION.CONTRACTOR ACCEPTS FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALLASPECTS OF CONSTRUCTION INCLUDING BUT NOTLIMITED TO WATER AND DAMP PROOFING,STRUCTURAL LOAD CONNECTIONS, MECHANICAL,PLUMBING AND ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS.

12. CONTRACTOR SHALL VERIFY PLACEMENT OFTEMPERED GLASS WINDOW UNITS TO COMPLY WITHCODE. GLASS IN BATHS AND SHOWER AREAS SHALLBE SAFETY OR LAMINATED TO COMPLY WITH ALLCODES.
13. CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE BLOCKING FOR ALLITEMS TO BE ATTACHED TO THE BUILDING FRAME.THESE ITEMS INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO,ELEVATOR MECHANISMS, DOORS, WINDOWS,ACCESS LADDERS, RAILINGS, HANDRAILS,STRUCTURAL LATERAL SUPPORTS, HANDICAPPED RAILSIN BATH ROOMS, CABINETS, TV'S, APPLIANCES,PLUMBING FIXTURES, ELECTRICAL FIXTURES, HVACUNITS AND TRIM.
