Dress Rehearsal Time: Student Recital Cancellation Policy A cancellation is defined as not keeping the original date booked firmly for a recital.

A cancelled recital may not be rescheduled during the quarter in which the cancellation occurred.

A fee of $50.00 will be charged to reschedule a recital not covered by the following provisions:

Failure to pass recital boards (please refer to the Student Handbook for more information). An emergency such as a serious illness or family emergency. Documentation is required.

If a recital is cancelled, the student must complete and return a Student Cancellation Form to the Student Coordinator immediately. In addition, if any of the deadlines for program or stage management information are not met, or if the recording payment is not received, the recital is subject to cancellation by the production staff (please refer to the Event Scheduling Policies located on the Lamont tab of WebCentral for deadlines).
