Chocolate cookies

Ingredients

• 2 cups of flour• 1 egg• 50gr.of sugar• 50gr.of chocolate• 100gr.of butter• 2 tablespoons of baking powder• 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

• Heat the oven at 170 ºC. • Mix the ingredients in a bowl: flour,sugar, and baking

powder.• Melt the butter and the chocolate and pour this in the

bowl. • Mix it with your hands. • Extend the dough with a rolling pin or with your hands.• Use moulds to make circles.• Spread some butter on the baking tray and put the

cookies on the tray.

• Put the cookies in the oven for 10-15 minutes. Open the oven and turn the cookies.

• Bake the cookies for 10 minutes more.• Finally let cookies get cold and enjoy them!
