Maaring iba po sa alam or ginagawa nyo, or nakikita sa internet)..1 whole chicken, whole or cut in halves diagonally1/2 cup soy sauce (use low sodium if you like)1/2 cup water3 tablespoons brown sugar3 tablespoon oyster sauce1/4 cup lemon juice or soda1 tablespoon fresh ginger, crushed and juiced1/2 teaspoon cinammon powder3 pcs. star anise3 cloves garlicchopped birds eye chilli or sileng labuyo (optional)COOKING PROCEDURE:Mix all ingredients except chicken and marinade the chicken in the mixture for at least 2 hours..
