RDFO4XT - TRIM FLANGE / NON-IC RATEDAPPLICATION

Versatile 4" Round aperture recessed LED downlight with a wide range of lumens

and optical controls.

FEATURES

Two-stage optical system for smooth light distribution and focus control. Quick

change LED module with interchangeable optics for job site adjustment and fixture

maintenance. Shallow plenum design. Tool-less driver and j-box access. Posi-lock

trim retention torsion springs. See RDZO4 series for trimless plaster or wood ceiling.

TRIM FINISH

A variety of architectural powdercoat and anodized finishes are available.

Matte white self-flange is standard.

ELECTRONICS

LED system features Xicato LED module with proprietary phosphor technology that

provides consistent, stable color with CCT control of +/- 100K over life of the light

engine. Base CRI is 83 with 2-step MacAdam Ellipse binning. High CRI is 98 with

1x2-step MacAdam Ellipse binning. Variety of electronic 120V/277V and dimming drivers.

CONSTRUCTION

Housing/frame constructed of #20 ga. galvanized steel to resist corrosion. Self-flanged

one piece trim spun from 0.063" thick high purity aluminum and finished to specification.

CODE COMPLIANCE

ARRA Compliant. Non-IC rated. UL listed for damp locations. Optional Wet location.

Manufactured and tested to UL standards No. 1598/8750.

Factory installed, slow blow type fuse protects fixture against voltage surges.

Gasket for trims. Fits in back of trim flange. Best for rough ceilings.

All materials go through seven stage powder coat process. All untreated components are aluminum.

Standard on all SG series recessed fixtures. May be field bent or cut to fit job site applications. #14 GA galv. steel solid mounting bar. Fits all Spectrum recessed fixtures. Mounting holes and nail in feature. Vertical and horizontal adjustment.

BH12 - 12" - 24" EXPANDABLE BARS

Standard on all SP and optional on SG fixtures. Galvanized steel expandable bar mounting bars. Designed for T-Grid,wood and metal joists. Slot for T-Grid with optional screw lock-down. Nail-in feature for wood studs. Screw hole feature for metal studs. Compresses to 12" and expands to 24". Vertical and horizontal adjustment.

Optional on all SG series fixtures. #16 GA galv. steel C-Channel bar. Designed for T-Bar ceilings. Available in 24" and 48" standard lengths. Custom sizes available. Strong enough to support all Spectrum recessed fixtures.

Optional on all SG series available for 24" and 36" OC Ceiling designs. Proprietary latch design engages Chicago bar and locks fixtures in place. Optional tek screw down holes. Fixture locates at center of bar, but will adjust across full length of bar.

Special Anti Microbial powdercoat finish resists and inhibits bacterial growth.

AMB - ANTI MICROBIAL

All SG fixtures have standard 5/8" plaster neck and are designed to work in up to 1" thick ceiling. For deeper / thicker ceilings the PR plaster ring option (Specify Depth in Inches).

May be factory installed. Consult factory for availability.

Goof rings are spun .050 aluminum and finished matte white to match trim flange. These oversize rings cover up rough or poorly cut out holes. Goof rings seat and center trims. Special sizes available.
