A licensee must have a valid license identification card to purchase a restricted use pesticide or apply pesticides

Conditions of holding a license:
• Valid card, with valid dates.
• Proof of financial responsibility
• Proof of workers comp if applicable
• Card shows correct employer
• Certified in correct category for intended application
