How to play:•  Select some music that makes you

think of space, astronauts and aliens. •  Create an action that represents the

following movements.•  1: Taking off in a space ship.•  2: Landing a spaceship on a planet.•  3: Exploring your new plant.•  4: Making an exciting discovery.•  Add your 4 movements to create a

sequence. Perform your sequence to someone else. What do they think?

The Princess uses lots of strange things for a cure! What other things in your bathroom could you use to

make a cure for the dragon Pox?

Mirror-Belle had 7 different ways, but we can do better. Help us be a

brave knight and save the princess by making a cure!

You will need 2 of each item to make 20 things for your cure. These things

could be from your bathroom or anywhere around the house.

that’s a little tricky.

around your house is 10 or 20 sheets long.Are you 20 sheets tall?

does to find a cure is to run a bath! How long does it take to run your bath?Explore full and half full!

many of each different containers it takes to fill it.

Which do you think will be the quickest? Why? Will you need more pours of that

container if it is bigger or smaller?

This week, we would like you to describe the shapes and

colours of the castle/palace you made out of junk modelling

for your day 1 maths activity. Describe the castle you have

made in a few sentences. Tell us about the colours and

mathematical shapes e.g. cuboid, cube, cylinder, sphere,

pyramid. Remember to use your digraphs and trigraphs to

record all the sounds you hear in the words. You might

write something like: My tower is tal and has a silinder on

top. My flag is a pink trighangl. Try and use the correct

letter formation too! Email it in so we can give you

some virtual house points! [email protected] .

You might like to draw a picture of your palace too or send

us a photo of the model you have built!
