TELEKOM HEADQUARTERS

SCOPE OF WORKS:• C&S and geotechnical design

for the 77-storey building is based on a central square core linking 2 arched wings, creating an asymmetrical composition.

• Due to the large 17m typical span, post-tensioned beams have been designed. On level 3 transfer beams (5.4mx2.8m) thatdesigned to carry 73 floors are sensitive deep beams and have been designed and checked with state of the art methods.

SAJH CAPITAL WORKS PROGRAM

SCOPE OF WORKS:• EPC of works programme

involves water resource activities (dams, reservoirs, etc), water treatment plants, main distribution lines, supply lines, asset replacement and renewal program.

• Old asbestos cement pipes were replaced with either mild steel or high-density polyethylene pipes. At the end of the project it is estimated that a total of 1,359 km of pipes will be replaced.



ZERO DEPENDENCY PROJECT



SCOPE OF WORKS:• EPC of a series of pipelines,

reservoirs and booster stations for distribution of water to consumers to replace Johor’s dependence on existing water supply from Singapore’s Public Utilities Board.

• The project comprises laying 177 km of mild steel pipelines of various sizes, 12 nos. of reservoirs from 41MLD to 7MLD and 5 fully automated booster pumping stations with a total combined pumping capacity of 12 MLD.



SEMANGGAR WATER SUPPLY



SCOPE OF WORKS:• EPC of the plant to pump raw

water through a 1,800mm diameter 1.2 km pipeline into a 159.1 MLD treatment plant.

• The treated water will then be pumped to a 27.3 MLD balancing reservoir through a 1,300mm diameter 11km pipeline. A 1,400mm diameter 13km pipeline from the balancing reservoir will inter-connect with the trunk distribution main.
