Rebound, Inc. Is a grassroots, community-based, non- profit based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. It was created to regain possession of the life trajectory of young African American males in the Twin Cities. Rebound, Inc. seeks to address the overrepresentation of young African American males in the juvenile justice system by providing innovative, holistic, and community-centered, Education, Advocacy, and Rehabilitation solutions. “Jordan House,” the initial program stemming from Rebound, Inc., is a group home and shelter program providing culturally responsive services to young men of all racial and ethnic backgrounds. Jordan House is licensed to serve residents between the ages of 14 and 21 with the goal of successfully reintegrating them into their families and communities. Rebound, Inc. • Jordan house employs a diverse staff of qualified individuals with education and/or experience in the corrections, criminal justice, sociology, psychology, social work, and education fields

• Staffed with 2 staff to 6 residents during waking hours

• Provides case management services to participants and their families during, and for up to one year after, their stay at Jordan House

• Provides services to juveniles receiving Human Services, as well as to those involved in delinquency proceedings, and others who are under court supervision
