• Develop and assist in implementing programs, initiatives and policies that increase the Institute’s value to its members

• Identify, develop, and promote relationships outside of the Institute with organizations, entities and governmental agencies that have complementary interests to those of the Institute and can help advance the cause of the Institute and its members

• Develop and execute programs to expand the membership of the Institute

• Facilitate and create opportunities for members to represent the Institute and to increase its visibility and value to the justice and public safety communities and their related constituencies - both public and private
