Realist Public Records

Realist, the new public record database has been integrated into the Matrix system to replace the old tax information we were obtaining directly from the 6 metro counties. Realist includes 20 counties and will provide in-depth property and ownership data, market information, street and aerial maps as well as market trends to its users. The best feature of all is the ability to auto populate a new listing directly from a public record from any of the 20 counties available. Just like the old tax data, the Input feature will provide a tab Fill From Realist. This allows you to enter an address or owner name after selecting a county to find that record. Once search is complete, you can click Fill and pull data into your input screen. Please see the screen shots of this new feature. Input With Realist Click on the tab “Fill From Realist Tax”.

County must be selected as step one.

Enter the address or owner information and click Search.

Click on the “Fill” link at the left of the property desired.

Once the public record information is filled into the input screen, proceed as normal.

Searching With Realist Property Records With Realist’s integration into the Matrix system, you can quickly research properties and listings by conducting searches using property and owner characteristics to create , save and reuse custom search queries as needed and combine MLS listing and Realist data for detailed reports.
