New record price for Shell Cove

Property at 24 Mystics Drive, Shell Cove is located in a popular part of Shell Cove known as ‘The Shallows’ and was sold by Mark Spinelli owner of Spinelli Real Estate. Negotiation took place straight after the auction (on auction day), and a new record price of $1,180,000 was achieved, smashing the previous record for a residential home sold in Shell Cove by $130,000. The previous record was set all the way back in 2010 at $1,050,000, so this really has set a new benchmark for the area. Mark Spinelli said there are other homes as good and better yet they haven’t gone on the market, the main hurdle was overcoming the bank valuations, however with this new highest price achieved, this will surely make it easier for other homes of this quality to be sold in the future.
