WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE DO

FLOS Capital Real Estate AG is an independent Real Estate Investment Management and Private Equity firm that offers pre-ferred access to selective real estate investments with a geo- graphical focus on Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the UK. We have an active deal flow and investors can cherry pick which assets to acquire that match their investment sweet spots. The business was founded in 2014, delivers highest institutional qualityand has successfully advised on core investment transactions.

The leadership of FLOS Capital and its affiliated partners have a proven acumen and broad industry network deriving from senior management roles within UBS, the world’s leading wealth management firm, and have invested and managed over € 2.2 bn worth of real estate for top-tier clientele. FLOS Capital also leverages its unique network of client relationships to raise capital for club-deal and co-investment funding. Total equity invested per deal ranges from € 10 m to € 200 m.

Leadership

Dr. Clemens Stockhammer is Founder and Managing Director of FLOS Real Estate AG. Previously, Mr Stockhammer was an Executive Director at UBS Global Real Estate and UBS Wealth Manage-ment, where he co-managed the firm’s direct real estate investment business for the global Ultra High Net Worth clientele. During his 10-year career at UBS in Geneva, he was in charge of

direct client relations for the separate accounts and closed-ended fund businesses and headed the real estate transaction and financing activities comprising over €2bn of assets in Germany, the UK, France and Italy. Before joining UBS, Mr Stockhammer was a senior manager at the real estate subsidiary of UniCredit/Bank Austria (formerly CA Bank) where he was engaged in the development and investment of commercial projects comprising over €600m of assets throughout Europe. Mr Stockhammer started his career in Vienna as an associate for a leading real estate project management and general contracting firm.Mr Stockhammer holds an MSc in Real Estate Investments with distinction from the Sir John Cass Business School, London and graduated with a PHD in building management from the University of Florence, Italy. Mr Stockhammer is a member of the Royal Institution of Charted Surveyors and is fluent in German, English and Italian as well as basic French.
