EFFECTIVE FACILITATION

Training Overview:

This workshop will help us enhance our abilities to focus, encourage, and support the thoughts, opinions, and values of others while facilitating meetings.

Our goal is to plan, guide, and manage a group meeting to ensure that the group’s objectives are met with clear thinking, good participation, and, when possible, full buy-in from everyone.

• A facilitator usually doesn’t share his/her own opinion.

Know your role and be sure others are on page with you. Do your homework.
