DraftI hate being sad! Don’t you? When I’m sad, I feel

like I can’t function. I feel like my whole day is ruined, and I can’t concentrate on anything. Therefore, when I am sad, I write. Writing down my feelings helps me feel better. I write down all of my feelings. Putting my feelings down on paper makes me feel like I’m getting rid of all of the bad energy inside of me. When I write, I also write down ideas of what I can do to fix the problem that is making me sad. By the time I am done writing, I feel much better and I have many ideas of what I can do to make my situation better as well. This is why I enjoy writing when I am sad. Maybe you can try it the next time you are feeling sad!
