He is full of energy and is the "life of the party". During his stay in the ward, he had managed to be friends with everyone (patients) and tried his best to get along with them as he is an outgoing and fun-to-be-with kind of guy. Although he was a bit of a troublemaker (i.e. sneaking out his fellow patients and taking them out to do some fishing), I consider him a person who has a good heart, a kind one, someone who is willing to help out others, someone who cares about the people around him. C. Hated character I was not a fan of Nurse____. She was too arrogant (i.e. talking to her patients as if they are not people of worth, too strict (i.e. taking away her patients' privileges - cigarettes), she did not have a good relationship with her patients and shes's a type of person who can't keep a promise (i.e.the scene when Murphy and the patients voted to watch the World Series and Nurse ___did not let them because the voting closed minutes after Murphy counted 10 people (out of 18 patients) saying "yes" to World Series. D. The best part of the story would be the scene when they had a mini party, enjoying each others' company, dancing and laughing like there's no tomorrow, forgetting all the sadness/loneliness, having all the freedom in the world even just for one night. E. Hated scene I did not like the part when one pt. committed suicide. It was horrible and sad. I did not expect that he would kill himself just because Nurse warned him that she would tell his mother of the inappropriate behavior he had displayed last night (party in the ward/made love with a random woman). I believe that such incident should have been prevented if the nurses were vigilant

A.McMurphy has a criminal past and has once again gotten himself into trouble and is sentenced by the court. To escape labor duties in prison, McMurphy pleads insanity and is sent to a ward for the mentally unstable. Once here, McMurphy both endures and stands witness to the abuse and degradation of the oppressive Nurse Ratched, who gains superiority and power through the flaws of the other inmates. McMurphy and the other inmates band together to make a rebellious stance against the atrocious Nurse.

B. Murphy is my favorite out of all the characters.

C. Hated characterI was not a fan of Nurse____.

E. Hated sceneI did not like the part when one pt. committed suicide. It was horrible and sad. I did not expect that he would kill himself just because Nurse warned him that she would tell his mother of the inappropriate behavior he had displayed last night (party in the ward/made love with a random woman). I believe that such incident should have been prevented if the nurses were vigilant enough to hide or get rid off the objects that will be used as a weapon for suicide.

F. If I were to change the ending, it would be something like this: (a) Nurse would be nicer to the patients, she would smile more and she would interact with them in a more accommodating way (i.e. Improve how she does "sharing time" therapies). (b)The patients will show improvement and progress. (c) No one will die! Everyone will live happily and with contentment, even though they are still in the ward getting the medication/therapy that they need. (d) Murphy will be discharged from the ward and he would continue his life out in the real world, he would score a job that would make him busy and away from destructions/trouble.

G. From the film, I have learned that pscyhiatric nurses should be more accommodating, should have a positive attitude towards their patients, should treat them nicely and with respect, should build a good relationship with them, should be vigilant at all times to avoid any accidents/incidents, etc. In addition to this, I have also learned that
