El shimeji blanco y el marrón poseen prácticamente los mismos valores nutricionales y se

diferencian únicamente por el color. El shimeji se caracteriza por unos altos contenidos en

vitaminas B3, B5 y vitamina D, que permiten un buen desarrollo de los huesos y favorecen

la absorción de calcio. Es una seta rica en fibra dietética y en zinc, que ayuda a controlar el

azúcar en sangre y el metabolismo.

Both white and brown Shimeji have practically the same nutritional value, differing only

in colour. Shimeji muhrooms are high in vitamins B3, B5 and vitamin D, which promotes

good bone development by stimulating calcium absorption. It’s rich in dietary fibre and

zinc, which helps control blood sugar and the metabolism.
