THE BENEFITS OF PROPER PRICING

When you determine your home’s price, bewareof the pitfalls of overpricing. Logically, youwould think thatthe higher theprice of yourhouse the moremoney you willreceive for it,but there is afine linebetween supplyand demand. Potential buyers who see yourhome’s listing price may bypass even looking atit without considering making a lower offer.

Concurrently, buyers who are looking only in aspecific price range that is less than the cost ofyour house will never have the opportunity toview your home, leaving you with less

marketability. On the flip side, those who couldafford to purchase your home will inevitabley bedrawn to better values that are offered elsewhere.

The perils of overpricing can be negated by thebenefits of proper pricing. Below are just a few ofthe many benefits that can be reaped with properpricing:
