Indeed, we understand that you are acting on behalf of these companies which is why we arein discussion with you on the repayment terms. Technically, the agreement has to be withthe original buyer.

Assigning the obligation to your company is not accepted by the credit insurer, and thereforeit is not possible to sign a repayment plan directly with your company. It is however possibleto accept a guarantee from your company in addition to signing the agreement with theoriginal buyer.
