1. What is Project Management ?
Project Management is defined as a management process of planning, organizing, staffing, coordinating and controlling all the activities of a given R&D project to achieve predefined objectives
It school of knowledge required to carryout successful innovation at a right time, at a right cost and at a right quality
Project manager or Team Leader requires project management knowledge to make a commercially successful innovation process

Project manager is responsible to the success and failure of a project, so he/she is managing activities of a project with certain objectives, that are also called as objectives of project management or project manager that are given below
