SOMMARIOINDEX
La RCM S.r.l., specializzata in attrezzature e macchinari agricoli, è nel settore da più di trent’anni. L’azienda trae origine dall’iniziativa imprenditoriale del suo fondatore, Mario Roffredo e del figlio, Claudio Roffredo, responsabile legale dell’azienda.Nel 1960 Mario Roffredo inizia a lavorare nel settore meccanico e alcuni anni dopo apre una propria officina per la riparazione di attrezzature agricole.Nel 1973 progetta e costruisce il primo modello di fresatrice, un macchinario che assicurerà all’azienda un grande successo insieme al lancio sul mercato del trinciastocchi. Il continuo aumento della produzione culmina con una vasta e completa gamma di attrezzature, con un incremento meccanico e agricolo sempre maggiore.Fondamentale per l’azienda è il contributo di Claudio Roffredo che, una volta diplomato come perito tecnico, entra in azienda occupandosi principalmente di macchine utensili, per poi dedicarsi alle lavorazioni meccaniche, giungendo alla programmazione su macchine a controllo numerico.Questa collaborazione va così a consolidare le fondamenta della gestione aziendale, apportando alla società un elevato know-how tecnologico che ben si accorda con il proprio obiettivo di qualità totale.Da alcuni anni Claudio Roffredo segue inoltre il mercato vitivinicolo e ha apportato alcune modifiche progettuali su diverse attrezzature agricole prodotte poichè grazie all’utilizzo del sistema CAD/CAM, è giunto alla progettazione di macchine sempre più avanzate.L’attuale società RCM S.r.l. (fondata nel 2002) grazie al costante impegno dei soci, ha sviluppato interessanti progetti per le nuove attrezzature, quali, ad esempio, la zappatrice interceppi, il trinciasermenti per escavatore, il rasaerba idraulico interceppi e il reasaerba idraulico per escavatore, la centrale di comando e la centralina idraulica.
RCM Ltd. has been producing agricultural machineries and equipments since over thirty years. The company finds its origin in the entreprising spirit of his charter member - Mario Roffredo - and his son - Claudio Roffredo.In 1960 Mario Roffredo starts to work in the mechanical field few years later he opens his own agricultural equipment repairing workshop. In 1973 he projects and builds his first model of tilling machine which ensures a great success to the company together with the launch on the market of the new stalk cutter. The constant production rose continuously with a wide range of equipments.Claudio Roffredo - after his technical graduation - highly contributed to the society development by dealing with machine tools and later on with mechanical processes, succeeding in the programming with numerical control machines.His fundamental collaboration consolidated the basis of the society management and improved the technical know-how according to the company is commitment to supreme quality.In the recent years Claudio Roffredo has also been operating in the wine industry and improved several agricultural machineries with specific planning improvements. In 1997 he could project new and more advanced equipments by using the CAD/CAM system.Founded in the year 2002, today RCM Ltd. is proud of the success achieved by its equipments throughout the years, thanks to the costant commitment of its associates developing important projects for the new machineries, such as the row cultivator, the shredder for excavator and the hydraulic strimmer.

I modelli ZLFE e ZLFE/SA sono concepiti per adempiere al meglio alle esigenze di una clientela hobbistica; caratterizzati da una struttura leggera compatta e robusta, si presentano qualitativamente molto competitivi.Sono adatti a trattrici di potenza limitata e possono essere impiegati in vigneti, frutteti ed oliveti, esaltando così la loro versatilità di utilizzo. Le fresatrici, sia nella versione “fissa” (modello ZLFE) che “spostabile” (modello ZLFE/SA), mantengono invariato il sistema di lavorazione delle macchine più professionali. Nei modelli fissi (ZLFE) è possibile ottenere uno spostamento laterale di circa 10 centimetri tramite boccole scorrevoli posizionate lateralmente rispetto ai bracci di attacco della trattrice. Il meccanismo di lavorazione è garantito da un albero fresante costituito da più flange ognuna delle quali ha quattro zappe. Nei modelli ZLFE/SA lo spostamento laterale avviene su doppie barre cromate con tubi di scorrimento e bronzine autolubrificanti.
ZLFE and ZLFE/SA models have been designed to perfectly be used in both small tractors and lands 16-25 Hp and the bigger ones 45-55 Hp. Its main characteristics are: lightwight, small footprint, strong welded strucutre. Highly competitive in terms of price/quality.Particularly well suited for limited drive tractors and can be used in vineyards, orchards and olive groves, thus enhancing their versatility of use.The RCM’s Tillers, both in the “fixed” (model ZLFE) and the “mobile” versions (model ZLFE/SA), inherit the working system of the most professional machines. In the fixed models (ZLFE) it is possible to obtain a lateral movement of about 10 centimetres with a system of sliding bushes placed besides to the tractor’s connecting arms.The mechanism is guaranteed by a tilling shaft with flanges of four hoes each.In the ZLFE/SA models, the lateral movement takes place on double chromium-plated bars with sliding pipes and self-lubrificating brasses.

Le fresatrici “pesanti” modelli ZP e ZP/SA, presentano i requisiti fondamentali per il massimo concetto di robustezza, grazie al loro concetto di costruzione e ad un’accurata selezione qualitativa di ogni materiale. Le macchine garantiscono risultati sorprendenti anche in presenza di folti tappeti erbosi; la velocità di rotazione dell’albero fresante e il suo sistema di scarico dell’erba, consentono all’attrezzo di lavorare senza il pericolo di ostruzioni. Lo spostamento laterale della fresatrice idraulica modello ZP/SA, garantisce l’eliminazione delle erbe infestanti nell’immediata vicinanza del ceppo della vite, consentendo all’operatore di mantenere la trattrice a debita distanza da pali e viti. L’ampio spostamento laterale viene assicurato da barre cromate con bronzine di scorrimento autolubrificanti, mentre nei modelli “fissi” ZP è possibile ottenere uno spostamento laterale di circa 10 centimetri tramite boccole scorrevoli posizionate lateralmente rispetto ai bracci di attacco della trattrice.
The “Heavy” Tiller ZP and ZP/SA have all the fundamental requirements for the maximum concept of strenght, thanks to the careful qualitative selection of each component and its design.The machine guarantees surprising results, even in the presence of thick grass: the rotating speed of the tilling shaft and the grass discharging system, enables the tool to work without the risk of obstructions.The hydraulic lateral movement of this Tiller mod. ZP/SA, guarantees the elimination of the infesting grasses that grow close to the stump, allowing the operator to keep the tractor at a suitable distance from poles and vines. The wide lateral movement is ensured by chromium-plated bars with self-lubricating sliding brasses, while in the “fixed” ZP models it is possible to obtain a lateral movement of about 10 centimetres with a system of sliding bushes positioned beside to the tractor’s connecting arms.

Il trinciasermenti si applica al sollevamento a tre punti delle trattrici e viene azionato dalla presa di forza con trasmissione a cardano. Viene impiegato in vigneti e frutteti liberando velocemente l’interfilare dalle erbe infestanti, annullando il trattamento di diserbo chimico. È ideale per l’eliminazione di vecchi tralci di viti e piccoli rami dopo la potatura autunnale.Si presenta particolarmente robusto e molto compatto perchè assemblato con materiali rigorosamente scelti, non a caso l’usura dei suoi componenti è estremamente ridotta. La sua particolare struttura consente un utilizzo impeccabile anche in condizioni sfavorevoli. I trinciasermenti sono stati progettati per servire sia il coltivatore meno esigente che il coltivatore più professionale. I modelli “fissi” agiscono esclusivamente nello spazio tra un filare e l’altro, mentre quelli “spostabili” sono in grado di eseguire l’eliminazione delle erbe infestanti, anche nelle immediate vicinanze dei ceppi perchè dotati di un sistema di scorrimento molto robusto e duraturo su barre cromate e bronzine autolubrificanti che consentono uno spostamento laterale di circa 30 centimetri. Altra nota distintiva è che tutte le macchine sono equipaggiate di serie con ruota libera all’interno della scatola riduttore; inoltre possono essere corredate di albero trinciante con martelli oppure coltelli, secondo le esigenze dell’operatore.

It is used in vineyards and orchards to quickly free the area between the plants from weeds, eliminating the need for chemical weed killer. The machine is ideal for eliminating old vine shoots and small branches after pruning in autumn. Particularly robust and very compact, being assembled from meticulously chosen materials. It is no mere coincidence that wear and tear on the machine’s components is extremely rare. Its structure enables impeccable use even in particularly adverse conditions. It has been specially desgned to serve both less demanding and the most professional farmers. The “fixed” models operate only in the middle of the row between the plants, while the “mobile” ones, will eliminate weeds that grow next to the plants base, being equipped whith a sliding system on chromium-plated bars and on self-lubricating brasses. This system enables a much stronger and a lasting lateral movement of about 30 centimetres. Another distinguishing feature is that all our machines include in their standard, a free wheel inside the gearbox and may be delivered with a shredding shaft with hammers or knives, depending on the customer’s needs.

La sua particolare struttura consente un utilizzo impeccabile anche in condizioni sfavorevoli. Questa macchina è stata progettata per servire sia il coltivatore meno esigente che quello più professionale. È dotato di un sistema di spostamento a parallelogramma con doppi bracci e movimento su boccole rotanti che permette una estensione massima della macchina di circa 80 centimetri. Tutte le macchine sono equipaggiate di serie con ruota libera all’interno della scatola riduttore; inoltre possono essere corredate di albero trinciante con martelli oppure coltelli, secondo le esigenze dell’operatore.

Materials have been choosen with care in order to guarantee extremely limited wear and/or tear.Its specific structure enables an impeccable use even in the worst working conditions.This machine has been designed to serve both less demanding and the most professional farmers.It is equipped with a double arm pantograohic moving system and with a movement on rotating bushings which allow a maximum range of 80 centimetres from the machine. Every machine is provided with a free wheel on the inside of the reducer box. They can also be delivereed with a shredding shaft with hammers or knives, depending on the customer’s need.

Il trinciasermenti multiplo modello TM/SA si applica al sollevamento posteriore ed anteriore delle trattrici con potenze comprese tra i 35 CV e i 95 CV. Le caratteristiche di robustezza della struttura esterna e dei componenti interni ricalcano quelle del trinciasermenti più pesante di produzione RCM. Il castello speciale con attacco multiplo, sia anteriore che posteriore e la scatola ingranaggi con doppia presa di forza e doppia ruota libera, rendono la macchina estremamente versatile.Proprio la particolare scatola ingranaggi, consente di non variare mai la rotazione dell’albero trinciante anche nel caso in cui la presa di forza, giri in senso contrario rispetto al normale senso di rotazione.Il trinciasermenti multiplo è ideale per la rapida eliminazione di tralci, piccoli rami ed erba infestante in vigneti e frutteti. La macchina è dotata di un sistema multiplo di spostamento su barre cromate con bronzine, sia nella parte anteriore che posteriore. Tale sistema consente di trinciare nelle immediate vicinanze dei ceppi avvalendosi di un’escursione laterale di circa 30 centimetri.
May be fitted to boths rear and front lifts on tractors from 35 to 96 HP. The strenght of its structure and the internal components, reflect the RCM heaviest shredders. The specific engine mounting with multiple attachment and the gearbox with double power takeoff and double free wheel, make the machine extremely versatile. Thanks to its special gearbox, the machine is able to avoid changing the rotation of the shredding shaft, even when the power takeoff turns in the opposite direction to normal.The Shredder is ideal for the rapid elimination of vine shoots, small branches and weeds in vineyards and orchards. It is equipped with a multiple system for shifting on chromium-plated bars with bronzes, fitted both for the front and rear ends. This system enables shredding in the immediate vicinity of plants, taking advantage of a lateral movement of about 30 centimetres.

Si applica al sollevamento a tre punti delle trattrici sia gommate che cingolate ed è azionato dalla presa di forza con trasmissione a cardano.La macchina viene impiegata per l’eliminazione di erbe infestanti, tralci e piccoli rami, offrendo all’operatore l’opportunità di scegliere la modalità di tranciatura tradizionale oppure fuori sagoma rispetto alla trattrice.La tranciatura fuori sagoma consente di raggiungere anche zone particolarmente ostili mantenendo la trattrice in posizione sicura. Il trinciasermenti è in grado di eseguire uno spostamento laterale di 170 centimetri dal centro macchina e raggiungere un’inclinazione di 60° verso il basso e 90° verso l’alto.La macchina si presenta particolarmente robusta ed essendo concepita con la stessa struttura dei trinciasermenti più pesanti e rinforzati di produzione RCM, l’usura dei suoi componenti è estremamente limitata.

The Shredder is able to move sideways for 170 cm from the center of the machine and may reach an inclination of 60° downwards and 90° upwards. It is particularly robust; conceived with the same structure of RCM’s heaviest and reinforced Shredders. The wear and tear of the machine components is extremely limited.

Viene utilizzata per la spollonatura del vigneto agendo contemporaneamente da “diserbante naturale” liberando la zona interfilare dalle erbe infestanti. L’operazione di eliminazione dei polloni nascenti è eseguita tramite uno speciale filo di nylon, resistente e durevole, trattenuto da due alberi coassiali.Un meccanismo speciale, ma al tempo stesso semplice, permette all’operatore di allungare facilmente il filo qualora presenti dei segni di deterioramento. Un carter posto sopra l’abero spollonante, permette di determinare il raggio di rotazione dei fili, facendo sì che anche nei vigneti con sistemi Guyot bassi, si lavori senza danneggiare i tralci con il frutto. La macchina pulisce perfettamente intorno alla base del vigneto e fra i tralci, grazie all’inclinazione controllata da due comandi idraulici che consentono di regolare l’altezza dell’albero spollonante e lo spostamento laterale.Altra nota distintiva è il suo particolare snodo che permette di mantenere l’albero spollonante parallelo o inclinato rispetto al filare, ampliando così il suo campo d’azione.

Per il funzionamento del sistema di spollonatura tramite fettucce è necessario applicare un motorino idraulico, che girando molto più lentamente rispetto all’albero cardanico, assicura una spollonatura più efficace e meno invasiva sul ceppo della vite rispetto al classico filo di nylon. Il kit deve essere completato con una scatola di comando elettrica, che permette tutti i movimenti della macchina.
The vine shoot tipping machine is also available with a tape kit, which guarantees excellent shoot tipping but doesn’t intervene at grass level. To operate with the tapes, it is necessary to install a hydraulic motor which, turning much slower than the cardan shaft, ensures a better shoot tipping and a less invasive treatment on the base of the vine than with standard nylon cord. The kit requires engagement with an electric control box, which guarantees all the movements of the machine.

È una macchina pratica, veloce ed utilizzabile sia direttamente applicata al trattore tramite un telaio dedicato oppure collegata a qualunque tipo di trinciasermenti. Elimina efficacemente ed in breve tempo, le erbe infestanti che crescono tra i ceppi dei vigneti o degli alberi da frutto. Il taglio viene eseguito da 24 fili di nylon (aumentabili fino a 42) fissati ad una testina di taglio che viene azionata da un motorino idraulico. La macchina può spostarsi orizzontalmente grazie ad un tastatore che, al contatto con il ceppo della vite o dell’albero da frutto, fa rientrare immediatamente la testina di taglio. L’operatore può controllare la sensibilità del tastatore agendo su un pistone che regola la tensione di una molla. La testina di taglio lavora a contatto con il terreno e la sua oscillazione verticale è assistita da un parallelogramma articolato, regolato da una molla ammortizzante che permette di lavorare in zone con terreni sconnessi. La macchina può essere montata su telai realizzati dalla RCM s.r.l. che permettono di collegare il rasaerba idraulico direttamente al trattore sia in posizione anteriore che posteriore e scegliendo la configurazione idraulica è possibile ottenere anche l’inclinazione della macchina per affrontare tutti i tipi di pendenza del terreno.
A practical and fast machine. It can be mounted to every shredder model. Choosing the hydraulic configuration you can get also the inclination of the machine to deal with all types of terrain slope.

La decespugliatrice per vigneto viene concepita per molteplici usi nel vigneto per risolvere sempre più velocemente e precisamente le lavorazioni nell’interfila, sia per il taglio dell’erba che per la spollonatura. La metodologia di costruzione di questa macchina ne determina l’ampia versatilità di utilizzo. Infatti è possibile intercambiare i rulli di lavorazione, regolare l’inclinazione ed eventualmente utilizzare uno spostamento in corrispondenza delle piante per mezzo di un tastatore.Può essere usata sia come spollonatrice tradizionale che come decespugliatrice di ultima generazione (decespugliare con i fili lunghi per farli lavorare con la parte del filo adiacente al rullo).Per effettuare i diversi tipi di lavorazione è necessario sostituire i rulli utilizzando sia il filo semplice che il filo raccolto. La macchina funziona con olio idraulico che può essere quello del trattore oppure si può usare una centralina indipendente (vedi Centralina idraulica mod. CI).

Anch’esso dotato di denti interratori di particolare conformazione, consente di interrare il fertilizzante in modo ottimale, livellando il terreno con la pressione del rullo a gabbia.Sul telaio è possibile montare, in posizione centrale, un terzo dente rompi zolle, molto utile per dissodare il terreno contemporaneamente alla concimazione. Tramite comandi a distanza posizionabili sul trattore, è possibile regolare la quantità di fertilizzante che si desidera distribuire; così come è possibile regolare separatamente i flussi del concime nei due denti interratori. La tramoggia separata al centro, permette una caduta costante del concime lavorando su ogni tipo di pendenza del terreno. La presenza di un riduttore centrale comanda gli agitatori all’interno delle due tramogge, per una rapida ed efficace caduta del concime.Tutti gli interratori sono dotati di cavi flessibili RX I=2500 collegati alla struttura di fissaggio dei denti interratori.

A third tooth in a central position of the chassis is possible to be mounted to break up clods of soil. This is very useful for loosening up the soil while adding fertiliser. Thanks to remote controls mounted on the tractor, it is possible to regulate the amount of fertiliser to be distributed and at the same time, it is possible to regulate separately the flows of fertiliser in the two burying teeth. The hopper separated in the middle, allows a continuous fall of the fertiliser working with every type of slope. A central reduction unit controls the mixers inside the two hoppers, for quick and effective deposit of the fertiliser.All the buriers are equipped with RX I=2500 flexible cables connected to the structure that fastens the burying teeth in place.

Viene applicato alle trattrici agricole ed è stato progettato per intervenire nel dissodamento del terreno nei periodi autunnali. I vari modelli hanno da cinque fino a nove ancore provviste di zappa con alette, che garantiscono una maggiore efficacia di rottura del terreno in profondità.Le ancore sono tutte fissate da due bulloni, uno dei quali svolge funzione di sicurezza; qualora si verificasse un’accidentale inceppamento, la macchina viene preservata da eventuali danni.Il ripper è provvisto di rullo posteriore a gabbia che livella il terreno dissodato dalle ancore.Su richesta, la macchina può essere equipaggiata con pistone posteriore che agendo sul rullo posteriore, consente all’operatore di regolare la profondità di penetrazione delle ancore.La robustezza della sua struttura, rende il ripper resistente agli attriti con il terreno per lungo tempo.

La macchina è stata progettata per scalzare o rincalzare il vigneto per riportare il terreno nella zona dell’interfila per fare sì che, a seguito delle lavorazioni e delle intemperie, le viti non perdano quantità elevate di terreno vicino al ceppo. La macchina, applicata al telaio porta attrezzi, può essere inclinata notevolmente per poter lavorare anche in condizioni di pendenze particolarmente ostili.Il disco può essere ruotato di circa 190 gradi grazie a un meccanismo a cremagliera che gli permette di posizionarlo alla gradazione più idonea al tipo di lavorazione che si vuole effettuare.

Il particolare concetto di costruzione permette di montare la macchina sia anteriormente che posteriormente alla trattrice e lavorare sia sul lato sinistro che su quello destro del trattore.

La ruspa livellatrice reversibile è applicabile al sollevamento posteriore e anteriore del trattore, può lavorare sia a spinta che a traino per lo sgombero di neve o terra. È possibile regolare l’inclinazione laterale della lama rispetto al trattore, attraverso l’apposita ralla.A richiesta, la ruspa livellatrice reversibile, può essere dotata di piedi di livellamento registrabili, utili per livellare l’altezza della lama, nel caso in cui venga impiegata per lo sgombero di neve su fondo ghiaioso, preservando intatto quest’ultimo.La versione con pistone offre all’operatore la possibilità di inclinare la ruspa e di ruotarla di 300° direttamente dal trattore semplicemente azionando la leva idraulica a cui viene collegato il pistone.

Lo svolgifilo è applicabile al terzo punto di ogni trattore, ed è facilmente trasportabile nel vigneto.È dotato di un particolare sistema che consente l’inclinazione del gruppo rotante sia a sinistra che a destra. L’inclinazione del gruppo porta fili consente di srotolare il filo di ferro molto vicino al filare, mantenendo la trattrice a debita distanza da pali e viti.All’interno del gruppo porta fili sono presenti cinque posizioni di arresto dello srotolamento con una molla di carico.L’utilizzo dello svolgifilo è estremamente pratico; è sufficiente posizionare la matassa sul gruppo portafili allargando le apposite staffe e successivamente stringere i galletti di bloccaggio delle stesse.Per una maggiore durata nel tempo, il blocco portafili è sottoposto a trattamento di zincatura.

Questo accessorio è stato studiato per permettere all’operatore di azionare diversi tipi di macchine. La scatola di comando è corredata di pulsante di sicurezza detto “uomo a bordo” che impedisce l’accidentale azionamento dei comandi senza consenso dell’operatore, del pulsante di emergenza, dell’interruttore di accensione e dell’interruttore di avviamento del motore. Sulla scatola di comando è applicato un joystick a 4 assi il cui movimento agisce su due azionatori e i tre interruttori presenti su di esso, comandano altrettanti azionatori. La “scatola distributore idraulico” contiene il distributore elettro-idraulico per comandare cinque differenti azionatori. Questo accessorio montato sul trattore o sull’attrezzo, può essere collegato a diversi tipi di macchine come defogliatrici, rasaerba idraulici, cimatrici, pianta pali, ecc. facilitando l’utilizzatore nell’espletare le diverse lavorazioni.
