Gujarat Voluntary Health Association - RCH Project Phase II

To improve the health status of mothers, children &

adolescents through field intervention of FNGOs in the proposed underserved areas.


1. To increase institutional deliveries from the existing 29% to 44%

2. To Increase Complete ANC from the existing level 5% to 15%

3. To increase immunization from 18% to 33%

by September 30th 2009.

Block Khambhat- regularise posting of FHW in 3 villages (March 2009)

Linkages with NSV camps at the CHC. Linkages with ANM for immunisation at Mamta Divas. Setting up monthly target plan for all village to monitor

progress. Setting up individual based tracking system
