Prayer Updates...

Summer MadnessOver the past few years Exodus has partnered with Summer Madness to serve them in delivering Ireland’s largest Christian festival. This year over 35 staff, interns and volunteers will descend on Glenarm Castle to play their part in the festival.

Over the four day event we will be running a cafe, hosting a band stand and delivering Simulations to over 100 young people. We have also written a small group resource to be used by youth groups each morning. The resource will use reflections on John 15 to help groups unpack the festival theme of ‘The Good Life’.

The whole experience provides Exodus with a wonderful opportunity to serve and support hundreds of youth leaders and young people and gives our volunteers a great way to learn, minister and relax together.

In 2012 Exodus partnered with a local Trust with ‘Double Vision’. That matched funding appeal saw us raise £47,000 to help build the centre in Sutor, Romania. Now ‘Double Vision is back!

Now, the same Trust has pledged that for all new monthly giving arrangements of over £20 starting before the end of 2013, they will double the giving for a number of months.

The number of “double months” will increase as the standing order amount increases. It applies to individuals, churches, business and other organisations and what’s more, if your are a tax payer, the trust will even double the gift aid!

How It Works

The Finer Details1. The first payment must occur within 2013.2. Standing orders must represent new arrangements not existing donors. An existing donor is

someone who has given to Exodus since January 2011 (excluding donations to Exodus teams).3. Standing orders must run for a minimum of 12 months.
