    Welcome to Ray White Commercial Auckland

    Located in the heart of Aucklands central business district, Ray White Commercial has an

    experienced and dedicated team focused on property sales and leasing.

    Our extensive record of achieving some of New Zealands largest property transactions,

    combined with the recognisable power of the Ray White brand, provides unbeatable

    strength in the delivery of commercial real estate sales and leasing solutions.

    Now one of Australasias largest real estate companies, the Ray White Group began as a

    rural Queensland stock and station agency. Founded in 1902 in Crows Nest, the group has

    grown to more than 1000 offices employing over 10,000 staff with an annual turnover of

    over $32 billion across Australia, New Zealand and Indonesia and through offices in Delhi,

    Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, Korea, Abu Dhabi and Beijing.

    Ray Whites chairman, Brian White, who has been the driver of the business for 30 years,

    has built the commercial division to over 60 offices and led growth into Asia that will see

    the brand expand to include Japan, Malaysia and further into China. He has also been the

    pioneer in e-marketing of commercial real estate and in establishing online partnerships to

    provide exposure to local, national and international markets.

  • Following 25 years in media and marketing, including TVNZ broadcast sales, advertising agency directorships and national magazine management, Trish established her own business, The OConnell Room, providing an exclusive, top-end, business meeting and presentation venue that became the preferred off-site location for many of Aucklands leading companies.

    As General Manager, Trish is responsible for the administration and day to day operation of the business, whilst utilising her extensive planning, sales and media skills to oversee the companys advertising, marketing and public relations strategy and implementation.

    Brendan Keenan joined the Ray White team from his previous role as senior investment analyst with CBREs institutional investment group. Brendan has played a pivotal role in the sale of some of New Zealands largest commercial property assets, having been directly involved in the marketing, due diligence and analysis of over $1 billion of property in the past eight years.

    Daniel graduated from the University of Auckland with a double Bachelors degree in Property and Commerce, double majoring in Finance and Commercial Law. Daniel also undertook a University scholarship investigating Council development, and then worked as a property manager for a property investment fund before joining our team.

  • Blair graduated from the University of Canterbury with a BSc before moving to London where he obtained an MSc (Real Estate) from Cass Business School.

    Returning to New Zealand in 2010, Blair took up a sales and leasing role with CBRE and within a three year period brokered some of the largest leases on Aucklands North Shore. Notable transactions included The Warehouse Group, Sony and the New Zealand Institute of Education.

    During his 27 year real estate career Stuart Bode has been involved in the sale of more than $1.85 billion worth of industrial and commercial property. Prior to his career in real estate he was a partner at one of Aucklands leading law firms where he practised for 13 years, focusing on commercial and industrial property.

  • After graduating from the University of Auckland with a Bachelors degree in Property, then working as a quantity surveyor for a construction company, Brice established his own clothing company Kiwiboy and was responsible for controlling design, marketing and textile supply for the business, giving him valuable retail experience.

    Building on these foundations, Brice worked for four years with Bayleys Real Estate as a retail sales and leasing broker, overseeing transactions ranging from site acquisition through to leasing new and existing shopping centres, including strip retail, bulk retail and malls.
