Administrative Law A branch of public law; created by Constitutional provisions, by Legislative enactment, and by Authority of Law. That fixes the organization and determines the competency of administrative authorities and indicates individual remedies for violation of rights through the exercise of q-legislative and q-judicial powers endowed upon them.

Agency is any Department, Commission, Bureau or Office, Authorized by law to make rules, issue licenses, grant rights or privileges and adjudicate cases.
