2001, RATP Ploiesti kicked of the documenting and implementation process of its quality management system in line with requirements of ISO 9001:2000 and in 2003 RATP Ploiesti obtained the compliance certificate, thus being the first ISO 9001/2000 certified public transport company in the country.
