When submitting materials, please be sure to include the following details in you e-mail:• Name of the client/advertising company• Title of the newspaper/magazine• Publication size/colour of the advertisement• Date of publication
We may only accept ready materials submitted in eps, tif or pdf formats, with a resolution of 300 dpi and CMYK colour separation.In order to ensure colour accuracy, a proof or a cromalin is required. In the absence of these materials, we cannot accept any complaints regarding colour accuracy following the publication of the ad.
Please be sure to consider the following during the design process:• Curve the text presented in the file (outline, curve).• Please make sure that the overprint and knock-out settings are correct.• In the case of ads produced with InDesign, please place the text layer on the top.• As for Photoshop eps/tif/jpg formats, we might only accept flattened, CMYK images with a
resolution of at least 300 dpi.• When using JPG compression, please select the Maximum Quality option in order to minimize
the distortion and fragmentation of smaller letters and thin lines.• Please take the technological constraints of the applied printing process into account (various
paper qualities, differences of folding, cutting and colour matching, inverted thin graphic elements, font sizes, black text shall be only presented on a black plate, and please refrain from using direct colours).
• We cannot accept materials produced with CorelDraw.
Further requirements for bleed ads• We suggest you to keep a 5mm safe margin from the trim line, where no useful pieces of
information shall be placed.• Trim marks, registration signs and colour scales shall be at least 5mm away from the trim line,
but they should be definitely placed outside the advertisement itself.• We request you to keep a 5 mm bleed around bleed ads.As for advertisements that are to be designed:• Please send us the 300 dpi resolution images and logos of the ad to be published and its text
saved as a word document at least 4 business days before the material goes to print.
