Job Responsibilities: X-ray fluorescence by PANalyticals: Routine analysis, calibration and making applications on XRF.

Wet analysis of Cement, Clinker, Raw Meal and all other incoming raw materials.

To carry out all general types of physical testing and specially according to BS (EN) & PS standards (43 grade) composition, requirements and conformity criteria for the common cements.

Complete analysis of Coal and alternative fuels and other proximate analysis Ash moisture, sulfur, and volatile maters etc. Operating and calibration of Bomb Calori meter to determine the heating value (GCV) of coal, rice husk, baggas etc. Raw mix pile formation and integration. Supervision of all quarry materials i.e. limestone, clay and additives for pile preparation. To co-ordinate with respective departments

Monitor the testing equipment and take necessary actions to maintain the testing in order.

Monitors laboratory results closely to achieve optimum process results and to assist in optimization and trouble-shooting.

To ensures that all stages of the cement production process meet the required standards and specifications for quality.

Supervision and preparation of all general solutions for laboratory analysis.
