INTRODUCTION
• Australia has many endemic species of rare plants and animals.
• Some of animals are kangaroos, platypuses, dingos, tuatara lizards and koala bears
• Some of rare plants are Australian eucalyptus and bamboo .
KOALAS An animal that looks like
a bear.
Very endangered animal.
Its fur is very expensive
and because of that it is
hunted a lot
The koala eats
eucalyptus and that is
its only food.
DINGO
Animal that looks
like a dog.
It is used for
hunting in wild
Their number has
increased over years.
It arrived with
people from Asia
PLATYPUS A very strange animal.
It’s a type of hybrid
between a mammal
and a duck.
It spends his day in
water.
Lives only in Australia
and New Zealand.

on its long legs.

hard.

their back.
Live just in Australia.

that is useful
against bugs.

houses and other
structures.
