I LIKE ITS GRASTRONOMY,SPECIALLY

Traditionally, each region has its own kitchen:

* Northwest cuisine uses butter, crme frache and apple;
* Southwestern cooking uses olive oil, foie gras, mushrooms and Armagnac;
* Southeast cuisine is characterized by Italian influences and uses olives, herbs and tomatoes;
* Northern cuisine is characterized by Belgian influences and uses of the potato, pork, beans and beer;
* Eastern cuisine, characterized by German influences, is served bacon, sausages, beer and sauerkraut.

In addition to these five major regional areas, there are other local cuisines like the kitchen of the Loire Valley (famous for its seafood with white wine), Basque cuisine (characterized by the extensive use of tomatoes and peppers Espelette), cooking Rousillon (very close to Catalan cuisine) or the center's kitchen with his hunting, his pt Pcques, your potatoes (Creuse) and its wines and fresh water fish (in Brenne).
