I’m starting my own business and way excited to help people enhance their health and happiness. I would love your feedback on the opportunity I’m working on. Follow-upStay in close contact with your Customers and Ambassadors and be a running partner for their Plexus journey! Walk them through their

fi rst order, share how much you appreciate them, and be their #1 cheerleader to help them feel their best.

Example of follow-up starters:“I’m so excited you received your fi rst Plexus order! I’ve loved how Plexus products help me feel healthier and happier and I’ll check back

with you in about 5 days to see what you think of the products.”

“Now that you received your Plexus products, do you have any questions? I will follow-up with you in about 5 days to see how you’re

doing, but feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions.”

Example of follow-up in 5 days:“Hi! How are you doing with your Plexus products? Do you have any questions or concerns? I would love your feedback!”

“Hey! Have you tried your Plexus products yet? How are you feeling? What do you like about your products?”

Find reasons to continuously follow up with your Customers and Ambassadors. Building relationships takes consistent e� ort and they

need to know you are a strong support for their health and happiness.

Here is a great follow-up schedule: 1. Check in when your Customer or Ambassador fi rst receives their product

2. Follow up in weeks 2, 3, and 4 when they start noticing a di� erence

3. Check in every month and keep track of when they need to reorder

their business opportunity too. Who wants to join me in learning more?!”

Activity: 1. Practice sharing a success story (your own or another Ambassador’s)

2. Practice follow-up with someone you’ve already connected with from your Connections List

3. Make a post on social media
