Data exists in bits and pieces across several systems and Excel spread sheets. b) It is not possible to get a complete holistic view of the data and b) current data format limits the ability to make analysis for forward steering.
More transparency will drive the right behavior in all teams.
What problem we plan to address
We are implementing talentradar; the Randstad Global Business Intelligence tool as linking pin between the current data sources. A flexible tool with a setup is based on our US and APAC best practice, with options for customization specific client.
How do we plan to address
There will be one version of the truth for steering the hiring process. Drill downs will help focus on problem areas and appropriate course corrections can be taken.
Reports – differentiated by user - will be available real-timeas the tool is linked to the databases
