Qualifications and Skills
Over 22 years in the Fabrication/Manufacturing industry and an extensive knowledge of Upstream Surface
Production Equipment and Midstream Process Equipment, with a specialization in Dehydration and
Natural Gas Liquids needs(JT/Refrigeration/Refrigerated JT and Condensate Stabilization), from concept to
installation and Start-up/Commissioning
Expert knowledge of Vessel, Piping, Safety, and Structural- Including Sizing, Design and detailing to the
many Industry Codes and Standards with an Expert proficiency In ASME Section VIII, B31.3, B31.1, B16,
etc…. as well as API including RP-14C, RP-12E and Applicable supplements and DOT/API-1104
Excellent AutoCAD (up to Rel. 2014),(CADWorx/SolidWorks/Pipe 3D) & (Advantage Engineering
software) experience, and strong math skills
Background in Reducing VOC Emissions in cooperation with TEQC, TNRC, DEP, and EPA Guidelines
Excellent skills in Burner Management and Safety Instrumented Systems compliant with NFPA 85/86, and
assisting with SIL Reviews and Calculations.
CPM (Certified Project Manager) Certificate from the Project Management Leadership Group, Inc. (a
Registered PMI Certification Provider).
Expertise in Estimating, material take-offs, Equipment Sizing and Selection, Inventory Analysis, purchasing
responsibilities, Scheduling, Safety, and Project Team Management.
Strong skills in the Design and implementation of Control Systems including Local/Remote access, Stand
alone and Multi-tier Systems , simple Pneumatic and PLC Based controls with Systems integration to many
different Codes and Standards such as NEC, NFPA and IEC up to SIL II.
Expert working knowledge of all the Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint,
Project and WBS with a highly functional skill of Visual Basic and spreadsheet solutions requiring
programming, Charts, or any other needed analyzing tools.
Good working Knowledge of Macola and Oracle ERP Software, with some SAP Experience
Capable and working Knowledge of Compress and APV Pressure Vessel Software as well as Beam Pro
Software for Structural Deflection Analysis.
Good working knowledge of Process simulation Software including Prosim, Promax, WinSim, Hysis, and
Glycalc.
Very strong analysis skills for troubleshooting and diagnosing process issues and de-bottlenecking for
equipment operations and people processes / procedures and how to develop practical solutions. Superior
communication skills across functional teams and Team Building skills, and the necessary skills to see and
plan for the future, with the fortitude to execute and refine through continuous improvement.
