Guests begin the evening wine tasting in the Salon and on the Veranda, with showy stationary appetizer display (with server) near the bar. Wine is served at the bar and replenished by roaming waitstaff. Guests are then invited up to the Ranch Ballroom, which is beautifully appointed with elegant tabletop elements (and cut florals, if you wish), soft lighting and sunset views. As opening speeches take place, waitstaff pour wines for guests and an impressive attended dinner buffet is laid out. Post-dinner, guests are invited downstairs to enjoy desserts, coffee and additional wine in the Observatory Dining Room, which looks out over the fermentation tanks and barrel room. The nearby Salon is decked out in candlelight (with a fire in the fireplace on cooler evenings), and the Veranda is open, warmed up with heaters and baskets of blankets for guests preferring a bit of fresh air. After dinner entertainment and dancing are always welcome! We are happy to handle the details. This mouthwatering menu is perfect for large groups with flavors that beautifully complement the Laird Family Estate wines.
