Guidelines for Abstract Submission
All abstracts must be submitted electronically in word.doc form (.doc or .docx).
Formatting: Page is set top and bottom margins to 2.54 cm. Left margin should be set to 3.00 cm and right margin set at 1.50 cm. Please use justification format for all text body.
All submission shall be submitted before April 25, 2021 via Email to [email protected]
Only one abstract is allowed per First author, but the submitting author can be co-author of another research paper (Maximum Three).
Maximum of four author are allowed in a poster.
Abstract must be written in English (not more than 200 words) and should include the following:
Title: 12 point bold, title case in Times New Ro-man
Author(s) Name and Affiliation: 11-point Times New Roman (normal) characters for Author names (as per Vancouver referencing style) and 10-point Times New Roman characters for the affiliation. (Include Faculty Supervisor Name for undergraduate presentation).
Underline name and provide E-mail address of the presenting author.
All text should be 11-point Times New Roman and only title of the text should be 11 point bold. The abstract should be precise and include the following titles in the order: Introduction, Objectives, Material and Methods, Results and discussion, Conclusion, Reference(s) (optional). Use 10-point Times New Roman characters.

Guidelines for e-Poster Presentation
A. Preparation of Poster
1. MS Power Point single slide (Size Width 53.2 inch x Height 30 inch)
2. Title: BOLD CAPITAL LETTERS Arial 80 3. Name of Author: Arial 60 4. Affiliation/address: Arial 48 5. Body Text: Minimum Arial 40 6. Subheading: BOLD CAPITAL minimum Arial 40 7. Paste the passport size photograph of presenting
author at the upper right side corner. 8. Color/ background/graphics as per the author/s choice.
B. Audio Recording of Poster: Record sound in the poster slide using Insert Audio
function in the MS power point (File name: Poster ID). Audio recording should not be more than 2 minutes. It is mandatory to provide the voice-over recording for
your poster.
C. Submission of Poster with Audio Authors need to submit the poster as single slide MS Power Point slide with voice-over along with the copy of the author declaration form on or before May 08, 2021 via email [email protected]
Guidelines for e-Flash Talk Presentation
Flash talks will be for 7 (Seven) minutes and maximum of 2 (Two) minutes for Q&A.
Submit the PowerPoint presentations by email to [email protected] by May 17, 2021.
The power point presentation may include maximum of Seven SLIDES including title slide.
