Sub: Updation of Official Mobile no. and Official Email ID on ESS portal ofSAP-ERP.

Refer to notice no.691 dated 15.09.2017 vide which it was requested to updatethe personal details like official mobile nos., official email addresses etc.through ESS portal of SAP-ERP but the same is still pending, therefore all theGazetted officers, JEN s, accounts and ministerial staff are directed to updatethe personal details through ESS so that personal data in SAP-ERP also getsupdated.

After Logging into ESS, following process is to be adopted to update / addOfficial Mobile nos and Email Addresses -:

~ Go to Personal Information -7 Personal Profile -7 Communication -7 Addmobile no. / Official Email. OR

~ Go to Personal Information -7 Personal Profile -7 Communication -7Update mobile no. / Official Email through Pencil button provided nextto it.

Further personal details of all those employees who are not having access toESS shall be updated by their respective location in-charge in PA 30, right ofwhich has been given to location in-charge.

The detailed procedure for updating the details through ESS and through PA-30 is attached herewith.
