He has large resource at his command and worked with Hose Assy. Manufacturing

unit for over 20 years. He has established a good market in almost cement plant in

India such as ACC, AMBUJA, ULTRATECH, LAFARGE, JK LAKSHMI , BINANI , VICAT

SAGAR, BHARATHI CEMENT , B.K. BIRLA GROUP, LAFARGE, MP BIRLA GROUP and

other Plants like SCCL, HCL, NMDC, SECL, JINDAL STEEL, BALCO, VEDANTA ETC.

Now he is rightly gone to create facili�es for own manufacturing unit. He has sound

knowledge about produc�on of End fi�ng, Drawing, Design and Development of

PART NO. as well as marke�ng.

He has visited Almost all Cement Plants in India, SCCL, NMDC, HCL, SECL, BALCO,

VEDANTA, JINDAL STEEL PLANTS so many �mes. He is the man who developed

complete kit Hose Assy. Replacement Concept first �me in India for HEMM

Equipment. He has detailed knowledge of Design and Development of PART NO. of

HEMM i.e. LOADER, DUMPER, SHOVEL, DRILLS. During service he has successfully

executed so many Hose kit orders through out India.

equipment available in the world. Our stringent quality control of every stage of manufacturing ensure a finished

product to be best interna�onal quality product.

RHPL swaged Hose Assy. are subjected to rigorus test a�er manufacture to ensure that it complies with

interna�onal standards such as SAE , ISO, DIN, BS, NCB and IS.

TEST AT OUR WORKS METAL PARK, RAIPUR (CG)

01. DIMENSIONAL CHECK TEST - To ensure concentricity of lining, accuracy of Hose dimensions.

02. PROOF PRESSURE TEST - To affirm the capability of the Hose Assy. to withstand sustained working pressure.

03. BURST PRESSURE TEST - To ensure that Hose Assy. shall be capable of achieving minimum Burst pressure of 4 �mes the design working pressure. This test is destruc�ve Hence only one Hose Assy. in one lot is Tested.

04. MINIMUM BEND RADIUS - Hose Assy. Shall be capable of performing at the d esign working pressure when curved to a radius not smaller than the given standards.

05. CHANGE IN LENGTH - To ensure that the Hose Assy. Length change at the d esign working pressure shall be not greater or smaller than the standard BCS-174. 06. LEAKAGE TEST - To ensure good Hose Compa�bility. 07. VISUAL EXAMIN - To check any visible defects.

08. MINIMUM THROUGH BORE - As per BCS-174.
