Rainforests are very dense, warm, wet forests — it rains very often.
They are home for millions of plants and animals.
Rainforests are extremely important in the ecology of the Earth:

The giant river turtle was having her 150th birthday party.
The birthday party
This was a special occasion, since she was an endangered species,
so she invited everyone in the rainforest.
The sloth wasn’t going to the party because she was lazy and sleepy,
but she asked chimpanzee to tell her everything that happened.
At the partyI can’t believe it! I have never had so
much fun in my life!
Jag, you look very good today! Your fur is shining.
Thanks! Yesterday I was ill, but I’m felling much better
now.
The following day…So, what happened at the
party?
The turtle said she couldn’t believe it, she had never
had so much fun in her life.
The gorilla told the jaguar that he looked very good that
day and that his fur was shining.
The jaguar told the gorilla he had been ill the day before but
he was feeling much better then.
Well, looks like I’ve missed a wonderful
party…
